我們想蓋一個學校 ~簡介南島魯瑪社

南島魯瑪社是2019年新成立的團體。LUMA是族語中的家園，希望能建立原住民的自信心，促進大眾更了解原住民的文化及歷史，並一起守護我們的家園。2019年9月，在眾多族人、家長的努力以及許多夥伴的參與中，花蓮玉里秀姑巒溪旁啟動了一個體制外的全美語教育，讓3到6歲的孩子可以用母語學習自己的文化。
   在這裡，以河為教育的核心。孩子可以在散步課中親近河水，認識河邊的生態、河邊田地的農作物及四季的變化；在種菜課中，孩子要體驗從零開始栽培植物的挑戰及樂趣；在料理課中，孩子會用當季的食材製作親近自然的食物，感謝大地的贈與。在所有課程中，老師會透過歌謠讓孩子了解阿美族的文化及精神，希望孩子能夠成為樂於分享、互助的阿美人。
 

願景與未來
Pinanaman目前有4個孩子，預計在2020年9月開學之後，將會有10個幼兒及國小年齡的孩童。
目前的學習空間是暫時使用部落的小木屋，2020年2月過後，山腳下新的學習空間將會開工，並預計於2020年9月完工。新的Pinanaman將會有國小的課程，升上小學的孩子能夠繼續留在這裡學習，也會有更大的空間讓更多孩子參與這樣的教育形式，使全阿美語的教育繼續延續。長遠的未來，希望鼓勵更多部落在自己的土地上蓋自己的學習空間，讓孩子在自己的語言中學習自己的文化。

We Want to Build a School Luma Association
Introduction
The Luma Association was newly established in 2019. Luma means homeland in Amis language. We hope to rebuild the confidence of the indigenous people, to promote the public’s awareness and understanding of the indigenous culture and history, and to protect our homeland together.
   In September 2019, with the effort of parents and villagers and the participation of various partners, an all-Amis school was open to children age 3 to 6 allowing them to learn their own culture in their mother tongue on the Xiuguluan River bank in Yuli, Hualien County.
Here, the river is the core of our education.It is within walking distance so the children can learn about the river’s ecology, the crops planted alongside the river, and the changes of seasons. For vegetable growing course, the children would experience the challenges and fun in growing vegetables. For cooking course, they learn to use seasonal ingredients for making dishes that’s close to the nature and to appreciate all the gifts granted by the land. In all our courses, the teachers will teach the children Amis culture and spirits through ballads. We hope the children will grow to be Amis who love to share and help each other.

        Vision and the Future
Currently, there are 4 children at Pinanaman Kindergarten. There will be 10 children at grades ranging from K to 6 after the school starts in September 2020
The space used as classroom now isowned by the tribe. We plan to build new classrooms at the foot of the mountain beginning February 2020 and complete the construction by September 2020.The new PinanamanSchool will offer primary school curriculum so the children who graduate from kindergarten will be able to stay with the school. A larger space will also allow more children to participate in the all-Amis education.
In the long-term, we would like to encourage more tribes to build learning spaceson their own land so that the children would be able to learn their culture in their mother tongue.
